Proono wasn't born in a vineyard in Napa. It wasn't crafted by a fifth-generation sommelier. It was born out of necessity, ingenuity, and a stark refusal to accept the reality of concrete walls.
We took the infamous recipe — fermented fruit, sugar, bread, and time — and brought it into the light. We replaced the trash bag with premium glass, but we kept the raw, unfiltered soul of the original contraband.
